
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Meghan E. Juhl is a strategic and analytical problem solver who will work with clients to mitigate legal and regulatory risks while ensuring company initiatives are achieved. Ms. Juhl is a proactive, collaborative business partner with impeccable ethics and integrity.
Ms. Juhl began her career working for a UK based international investment company advising on US deal process and procedure, AML, and anti-corruption/anti-bribery initiatives. Her prior experience also includes advising on the regulatory and SEC filing requirements for the public fund of a prominent New York alternative investment management company. She also served as Assistant Corporate Secretary for the New York company and was responsible for corporate governance matters, annual shareholder meetings and proxy voting. Her experience shifted while working with a transportation and supply chain logistics company where she helped to implement a worldwide corporate compliance program through policy and process improvement. While with this company Ms. Juhl also rolled out large scale workforce training, implemented a third party due diligence program, and managed both internal audit and employee grievance investigations. Most recently, as the Director of Compliance, she worked for a local crating, packaging, and logistics company where she implemented product compliance process and procedure for REACH & RoHS, Prop 65, and Conflict Minerals.
Ms. Juhl’s extensive and diverse background also includes civil litigation work and, during law school, serving as an extern with the Federal District Court for the Southern District of California. She also has substantial experience in reviewing, drafting, negotiating and managing a variety of corporate contracts, agreements and transactions. She truly is a Jill of all trades and will do whatever it takes to ensure her client’s needs are met.
